Refunds


Refunds will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase.

However, we do not offer refunds or returns on items if you have simply changed your mind. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


The following situations may receive a partial refund only if applicable:


Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of refund or the decision not to refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund and a refund was approved, please first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund that may be due. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
